We absolutely love this place! We have been here several times and it's always a wonderful experience! I enjoyed the bread as an appetizer, which was delicious! I ordered the spicy tofu and it was delicious. The flatbread was also ordered and the clam soup. Everything I've tried here is delicious and everyone that works here is so friendly! Such a great hidden gem! The ambience is relaxed, charming, and welcoming!

A Perfect Lunch Spot in Glen Ellen My wife, Barbie, and I had a wonderful afternoon exploring Glen Ellen, and we decided to stop for lunch at The Mill after finding its stellar Yelp reviews. The Mill's location is enchanting--nestled beside a fast-moving creek. Parking was convenient in a nearby lot near the bridge leading to a charming complex of restaurants and shops. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who escorted us to a cozy table for two right at the creek's edge. The lunch menu was thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of dishes and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. On the owner's recommendation, we started with their special bread, a favorite among many Yelpers. It was fresh, perfectly seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and parsley--absolutely delicious! For our main courses, we had the clam chowder and the spicy chicken salad. Both dishes were flavorful, satisfying, and generously portioned. Whether you're on a wine-tasting weekend or simply a local out for a scenic drive, we wholeheartedly recommend The Mill at Glen Ellen. It's the kind of place that combines excellent food, picturesque views, and genuine hospitality to create a memorable dining experience.

We came down for a weekend and came to this place because it was so close to our hotel. Our waiter, Sanjeev was attentive and knowledgeable. The clam chowder here is really good, the Della Bread & Butter (made in Petaluma) topped with the Parmesan is chef's kiss! I could eat this everyday The entrees although simple were very tasty. I just got the wood fired pizza, and my husband got the Waygu burger we both enjoyed our meals quite a bit. Everything we ate had such good flavor. This is a super casual place that looks pretty old, it has indoor and outdoor seating. Would be a great option for a large group. We will definitely return every time we're back in Sonoma. I have to say shout out to the management because all of the staff we encountered here were so friendly and helpful. P.S. Great parking too, there's a lot on the side of building.

Honey and I decided to "ball out" on our short weekend in Sonoma county this weekend, and in addition to the numerous beautiful vineyards in the area, we stumbled upon some of the best bites we've ever tried. Enter The Mill at Glen Ellen. This restaurant is One of like 6-7 in this small town and serves up new American dishes, cocktails, and desserts. All of their ingredients are fresh and locally grown in Sonoma, and we were so impressed with the care put into each dish. Despite being chilly in the evenings, the restaurant boasts a beautiful outdoor seating area (indoor available as well), with a rustic, romantically lit deck. The serving staff was quite small, but some of the most attentive people we'd ever experienced. We had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, bartender, and head chef, who were all rotating through the restaurant throughout the night. The portions were massive but not heavy. We enjoyed the heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella, bacon Brussels sprouts, poached salmon and veggies, and butternut squash ravioli. Naturally we also enjoyed wine from the region as well as cocktails. Skipped out on the in house brewed beer this time, but we will definitely be back!

We were running a little late, about 15 mins, so I called ahead to let them know. They were very nice about it. (I hate being late for reservations.) Our party of five was sat outside at a high top table. It was a nice sunny day. Luckily, they had umbrellas outside for shade. My favs were the green salad, fries, and pizza. Most of the dishes were sweet and savory which is not really my jam unless you incorporate spice. But everyone else in the party seemed to enjoy everything. Service was great! I believe they may have forgotten about our green salad, so they ended up comping it, which was a nice gesture. Great spot for a meal in Glen Ellen if you are wine tasting in Sonoma. And pretty easy to get a rezzie. REVIEW #3550

I'm such a huge fan of this lovely restaurant. Came here on a Saturday for brunch with my bestie to celebrate her bday. They are just so absolutely nice here and the food is fabulous!! The BLT is my fave with that buttery brioche bun (+ crispy fries) and the complimentary side salad was the perfect touch. Love their dressing. I'm so impressed with the level of friendliness and attentiveness they give and with a smile. They even brought out a dessert and sang happy bday to my bestie- what a nice touch. The outdoor seating is calming and a plant heaven. I cannot wait to come back again.
